ABOUT THIS ARTWORK
A portrait of an acquaintance, thank you Lisa for agreeing, who wrote a top-selling book called ‘Red Velvet’. The book was a semi-biographical chapter from Lisa’s history centered around a period of time when she was Madam at an upmarket ‘pay as you go, sorry cum’ establishment in Melbourne. The portrait and accouterments were staged to reflect this moment from her CV.
